Hast thou the wit to find my love a boon?
A treat to know and love for all of time?
Wouldst thou accept mine utmost gift so soon?
For you to take mine ring would be sublime.
I now bestow the greatest sign of love,
This golden ring doth show you that I care,
And hope you will not fly off like a dove,
Holding onto the heart I gave to share.
O’er all the Earth our souls are intertwined,
Not mount nor sea will keep your heart from me,
The Heavens know of our eternal bind,
And guard us from Death’s evil, blacked key.
Now thou art wooed, I give a silken dress,
And go unto the altar to confess.

- Very nice. For some strange, odd reason, I love reading Olde English, and times that happen back then.....><
