I am the queen of the illusory
In the blue skies I sleep
I am frozen inside a reverie
The cold earth pierces me
"Siren, this is my final verse
You've opened the wounds, broken the curse
There is only silence now
As I seek heaven, seek my final vow"
Embers falling from the sky
As the dragon descends
Your shallow, inhumane cries:
Is this really the end?
"A storm approaches deep inside
This crimson reprise is a shallow lie
A sanguine-painted heathen sings
Blood bathes my broken wings"

- Title: The Dragon Descends
- Artist: ShiningGlass
- Description: Something I wrote a few weeks ago about one of the dreams conjured by Morpheus. For those who don't know, Morpheus is the Greek god of dreams. Ancient Greek mythology says that he sent the images and forms the visions that the people saw when they slept. I'm not overly fond of this one, but hey. Someone might like it. Comments appreciated!
