I remember how you asked me,
lets play baseball daddy,
and i would always say yes.
But now many things
are terrible, and leaving,
you in such a mess mess.
Every night i got home so tired,
You would say how was work daddy,
I would say i'm really tired today.
But that was how it always was
I did it so you could all have good lives
And you and sister were able to play.
I remember i'd tuck you in at night,
and you would say.
I love you daddy.
And just remember son.
No matter who you are,
what you look like,
and what you've done.
I will always love you too,
Goodbye son.

- Title: Goodbye son
- Artist: BustLoadsOnYourJawn
- Description: This is a poem about a father who's son is supposed to die of cancer the very night he's speaking. I wrote it in school one day and decided to put it on gaia writing. Sorry for any misplaced quotes.
