When I get a glimpse of your face,

I feel so out of place,

I feel like I’m in a whole other world,

One filled with your presence and grace,

The diamond of my eye,

The treasure I will bury inside,

Inside to keep safe,

Safe away from all the pain, misery, and strafe,

I love you baby, can’t you see?

You’re the only one that’ll be a part of me,

Forever & ever, that’s a promise,

That will stay true,

Even if there comes a time when I’m without you,

You’re the only girl on my mind,

For sure, that ain’t no lie,

You’re the only one I want,

You’re the only one I need,

So for you, I’ll write a creed,

A declaration, declaring our love,

And let it be known to the heavens above,

That I fell for you and only you,

Yes, oh yes is it true,

And let it be known that this will remain true,

Even when we walk down the aisle, put on each other’s rings and say “I DO”

its very sweet and heartfelt in my opinion you should change baby to something like sweety or honey. but you know as lond as your girlfriend liked it.
