1 conversation is all I need to change your mind
to open your eyes cause you've been blind

If only I could tell you how I truly feel
instead of turning and running on my heels

rejection is something I cannot face
soI will not plead my case

As much as I love you, as much as I care
these feelings I will never share

we'll go our seprate ways, to my own life
and some day when I get older I'll give myself strife

cause I let you get away
now there's no way I can say....
I love you.....♥

Just a couple things- you turn on your heels, not run on them. Strife is generally a clash, or confrontation or rivalry. If you're one person... that really doesn't make sense. The message is really nice and there's good ideas too. Just take the editor's scissors to it, because in a poem, every single word matters.
