Depressed

Dark nightmares go through my mind like haunting ghosts
my mind doesnt shut off for bed
they haunt me like a stalker would but i cant get a rid of them
there is sun but its dark
there is heat but its cold
there is love but there is hate
there is joy and there is depression
Depression is something that brings us all down but we can get though it
Now there is sun and there is brightness
heat and im warm
love and i can love
joy and No More Depression

i found the best cure for depression is waking up at the crack of dawn, and maybe if you have a bike, ride north a mile, then back south a mile on another street.
