• You were much more older now, working in the village, each owl had to plant food and work all day, every day. It felt cruel for you. Your father Blaze and your mother, Love, had to work too. Ranger, Love and Blaze got to fly and drop wheat seeds from bags made out of leaves. You had to walk and put them into the dirt. "Snowy Owls are legends!" A owl said after looking at you. You sighed. "I'm not a Snowy Owl or a Whisp!" You said, putting a seed in the dirt. A gray owl flew in front of you. "Smoke! Leader, i'll mov-" You got cut off. "My my, what a pretty owl, what do you say about taking a break?" He chirped. "Sure but what about my family?" You asked. "I'll tell them that your taking a break with me." He tweeted. "Yeah..." You chirped as he flew to your family. Minutes later, Smoke flew to you and swooped down and grasped your shoulders with his talons. You scrambled to escape as he flew to a cave on a mountain, looking down at the village. The stone walls made it dark and cold, you missed being warm and the sun shining. Smoke grinned and pushed you to the end of the cave. In a few heartbeats, he lashed his metal talons at the cave wall, missing your neck. "What!" He gasped. You ducked under him and kicked his stomach. He fell to the ground. You pinned him down. He used his talons to kick you out of the cave. You closed your eyes, ready for a rough landing. You hit the ground, unconscious. You woke up in a bright hollow, two owls lay in wheat nest. You looked at your wings. They weren't metal, you looked at your talons, you survived. "You must've fell out." A light gray owl with green eyes said. "I'm Silver, my brothers are farming. Their names are Gold and Shadow. Shadow's mate is that black owl, her name is Shade. She is going to ave eggs soon." Silver blabbered. "Yeah, Smoke-" You got cut off again. "Smoke did what? He never attacks his villagers!" Silver chirped. "He almost clawed my throat out! I saw it!
