• Soon Andromeda returned to Elizabeth. "Where's Axel?" She asked. "Still working." Elizabeth replied. "I should help him." Andromeda said. Elizabeth nodded. Andromeda ran and soon found Axel with a guy dressed as a penguin. "Weirdo." Andromeda said out loud to provoke him. "Beep?" He replied questionably. Axel and Andromeda gave eachother a weird look. "He told me to look for his lucky coin, I'll be back." He said. "Wait Axel, is there any one of those quests you need help with?" Andromeda asked. Axel looked through his PDA. "Yes, go talk to Cindy Doberman," He said. Andromeda peeked at his PDA, and nodded. "Okay." She said and ran towards the Channel 6 building she saw on his PDA, that stuck out like a sore thumb.

The penguin-like guard asked Axel to look for his lucky coin, and he did. He said look over the bridges, around the fountain, and around a well, all marked on his PDA. He looked at the bridges since they were closest, he had good eyesight. "None here," He said and went to the fountain. He circled it a few times but didn't find it. "I'll go check the well." He said and flew towards the northwest side of town.

Andromeda approached a news woman looking off duty at the moment. "Hey, are you Cindy Doberman?" She asked. She turned to her and nodded. "Of Channel 6 News." She said. "A friend of mine asked me to check on you to see if you need anything done." Andromeda said. "Well, I can't leave my post, would you mind being a roving reporter for me?" She asked. "I'm not a people person. But sure." She said. Cindy handed her a notepad with questions. "I'll mark your PDA to tell you who to interview." She said and marked her PDA. She soon handed it back. Andromeda nodded and went off.

Axel looked around the well. "Stop there, don't go any closer to the well." A guard said. "Why not?" Axel asked. "Did somebody fall down?"

"No. Commander Leon told me to keep anyone from going near it for reasons that somebody will fall down the well." She said. Her name was Julian. "I only came because one of the guards, William, told me to look for his lucky coin. He said he lended it to you and thought you mistook it for a normal coin and threw it down the--"

"Oh William! I hate that guy! It's enough she dresses like a stupid penguin, but now he's spreading rumors about me!" Julian cut in. "I see....." Axel said. Then saw something shiny on the ground and picked it up. "Found it!" Axel said. Then flew away.

By then Andromeda finished interviewing the people that Cindy told her to interview. She flew back to the Channel 9 news building. "I got 'em!" Andromeda said. Cindy looked up and took the notepad. "Thank you." She said. "Wait here, I'm getting you a little something for your effort." She said and walked inside. She came out with some gold coins and charge orbs. Andromeda took them gratefully. "Thank you." She said and walked away. She returned to Elizabeth.

Axel returned to William. "Got your lucky coin." He said. William snatched it and looked at it. "My lucky coin! Thank you SO much!" He said gratefully and practically constricted Axel in a hug. "You're...... (chock) Welcome.... You're..... Chocking me....." Axel squeaked having a bit of trouble breathing. William let go. "Sorry." He said. "Here's for helping me." He said and handed Axel some charge orbs. Axel took them. "Thank you." He said and walked back to Elizabeth. Then his PDA beeped. He took it out and looked. He took out the stylus and poked a gold button that said "status" on it. It read "Your friend has done the final task for you, head back to Elizabeth." So he did. Andromeda arrived as well.

"Wow you two! You've done everything I asked, AND MORE! I can't even find the words to thank you!" Elizabeth said, impressed with their progress. "I have a bag here, each one has 100 rings, each of you take 2 for your efforts, they will come in handy." She said. "Two rings? Awesome!" Axel remarked. Andromeda nodded in agreement. "Just take your pick and I'll tell you a bit about them." Elizabeth said. Andromeda pulled out a silver ring with a gold check mark on it. "That is a diagnose ring, it will heal every ally within 10 feet of you slightly. Very handy for crews." Elizabeth explained. "Healing hu? I like it. I pick this one." Andromeda said. "Is that your final choice?" She asked. Andromeda nodded and put it on. "You may also pick another." She said. "I know." Andromeda responded and started to look again.

Meanwhile. Axel chose carefully. He picked up an orange one with a fire-like pattern. "What's this one do?" He asked. "That is a Fire Rain ring, around a 20 foot radius, a fire storm will erupt, but your friends will be unharmed. Better still, the damage lasts about 30 seconds after the attack." She said. "I choose this then." "You have one more choice." Elizabeth said. Axel nodded and started to look again.

Andromeda found one that was silver with a tornado on it. "What's this do?" She asked. "That is a Dervish, it will summon a small tornado and will not only take a huge amount of damage on your enemies, and not harm your friends, but it will knock them back a few feet." Elizabeth explained. "Damage, safety to friends, knock back, I like. I'll take this one." She said. "An excellent choice." She said.

Axel was still choosing. He picked up one ring that was fiery red and orange, and another that had a coyote head on it. "What do these do?" He asked. "Well, that red one is Hot Foot, it's like Fire Rain, but a beam of fire attacks an enemy's feet, makes them cracked and sweaty and impossible to walk on and causes damage until your ring is ready to be used again. That other one is Coyote Spirit. You aim it at one ally, and then their speed is increased making it faster to run away from an enemy when you're low on stamina. It only works on allies though. The counterpart is Fleet Feet, they can be combined for extra bursts of speed for both you and your friend. " She said.

Axel put the Hot Foot ring back. "I choose coyote spirit." He said. "Well, I have no other assignments for you, I think it's about time you both leave the safety of the nest and find bigger and better things to do. Go down the path and talk to Commander Leon. And when you do, ask him About ring sets." She said putting the bag away. "What's a ring set?" They both asked in unison. "Ask him." She said. "Okay, thank you and goodbye." Andromeda said. "And thank YOU for helping me." She said. Both smiled and ran to the South Gate.

Now this is where the real journey....... Begins.......
