• "HOW COULD I LET THIS HAPPEN!?" I screamed at myself as I tore apart a 50 foot tree with my bare hands.
    "It wasn't your fault" said the golden lab who had been Tim Grimes when he was alive.
    "What do you mean it wasn't my fault Tim? I heard her screaming and i didn't do anything about it."
    "What could you have done Forrest" He said matter-of-factly "Ran to her rescue and left that demon to destroy half the world? Your a protector of the world now. The world comes first whether you like it or not."
    "There has to be a way to bring her back i just know it, it's not fair for her to just go like that."
    "I know a way to bring her back....I am smart ya know' Tim said.
    "Really? I have to know tell me please!!!" I pleaded to him.
    "simple really...you must guess her true name." He said in a tone in which i think meant he was pleased i was begging from him.
    "Just guess it? that'll be easy as pie" i said with a smirk on my face.
    "In one try" he said in a serious tone.
    "crap, how in the hell am i supposed to do that?" i asked feeling the color drain from my face.
    "I don't know, your the one who's in love with her."
    "Fine, I guess that means i have to hurry since the funeral for her is about to end." i said with a grim feeling in my gut.
    "Fly hard and fast my incompitent friend." yelled tim as i was turning into a dragon and preparing to fly.I said nothing as i flew away and thought about Katie, remembering all the times she risked getting grounded just to see me. I almost cried everytime i thought of her beautiful face with those forgiving eyes and soft lips, how everytime i screwed up all she ever did was say "it's ok baby i love you and thats all that matters" then she would kiss me and everything would somehow get better. "Oh how i wish i could just have her back." I whispered quietly as the wind took my words away.
    Suddenly i remembered when me and katie were on the couch and she was on top of me kissing me and not letting me go for anything, the way i felt that night....i only felt when i was with her.
    "And I want that back" I said as i let out a mighty roar to let the world know i was coming because i knew what katie's true name was.
    "What the hell are you doing here you little b*****d" Said brandon (Katie's older brother).
    "I'm here to save the love of my life, now move before i make you move."
    He stepped aside and let me walk up to where katie's lifeless body lay. As i got down on my knees i looked at her face and even though i knew there was no way she could feel it i leaned in and kissed her lips.
    "I love you more than anything in the world and i'm sorry i let this happen to you. I just want you to know that i will forever appreciate what you did for me when you were alive, how even when i was at fault you forgave me for anything and everything."I took a deep breath as i prepared to speak the words that would give her life back to her body.
    "Your name is now Forgiveness and you will be a Gaurdian of the world by my side."
    Her eyes flickered.
    "You saved me" she wispered to me.
    "When i said forever and always i meant it babe." I whispered back as that familiar emotion of closeness and happyness washed over me. I stood up and helped her up only to be torn apart by katie's hugs and kisses.
