• We kept riding my horse clomped through the slushy snow in the middle of the winter forest my red gown flown just like my black cloak.I noticed my sister looking around."whats wrong jynx"I asked.She looked toward me and shook her head saying"sister it seems like were being watched".She pulled on the reigns making the horse stop I did too.
    "listen"She whispered.I only heard the crispy feirce wind blowing my sisters black gown and red cloak,mine too.I shook my head and rubbed her shoulder"I wont let anything happen to you sister now come on".We started again.Suddenly my horse went crazy and knocked me off and ran away.When I got up I screamed in pain as I looked down to see my foot caught in a bear trap.My sister got down from her horse and said"oh no".I tried to pull it out but it only caused more pain."who would put a bear trap here"I yelled in pain.Just then a man came through the shadows he was pale and was beautiful wearing a silk red and black shirt with matching shoes and pants.He walked toward us and said"what happened"."her horse went crazy and she fell in this"jynx said.My breathing became in gasps.I looked at my face then said"alright this ill hurt but it will get you out"."no no n~"but I couldnt finish becuase he grabbed each side of the trap and opened in I took my foot out watching the blood come out. Jynx went to the horse and grabbed a cloth to wrap around it.
    They helped me up and the man said"my name is charles by the way why dont we come to my town to fix that".He picked me up and carried me to a lodge I saw other lodges and people too that were pale they looked at us then quickly looked away.Charles took us into his lodge so I could clean out my wound and put gauze around it. After I was done I could walk alittle charles let us stay until my leg healed.
    I was walking in the woods close to the little town I didnt see charles anywhere today.I walked toward a lake and saw a deer it was drinking the water so I hid behind a tree so I wouldnt scare it off but its ears flickered up and looked in the opposite direction of me.I looked and in a flash of motion the deer was dead becuase charles cracked its neck.In horror I watched as he bit into its neck and drank its blood.
    He couldnt be I moved toward him slowly and said"C~Charles".
    He looked at me and growled.
