• Little doll of porcelain.

There are so many things in this world that we don't need, yet we fight
for them as hard as we possibly can, sometimes even risking our own and
    other people's lives.
    Why?
The answer is simple, humans are very selfish, vain creatures who's
only care is the image they project.
Money is their greatest friend and enemy aswell as strengh and weakness.
Their minds are easily tainted by the temptations they created.
Chemical corruption spreads through their veins, poisoning what little
    purity there ever was.
The finest souls have been reduced to ash as soon as the smell of gold
spreads through the once clean air.

A porcelain doll stands out from the rest, her body so pale and white,
skin so smooth yet as strong as steel, her half smiling lips painted
deep red as well as Crystal blue eyes, clearer than the sky and the sea's.
Her long black hair floated gracefully behind her as she tiptoed along
the dark and gloomy streets, all eyes were on her, including those of a
young man by the name of Lucius.
Her beauty was unparalleled, which Lucuis knew.

Lucius followed the girl down the streets, keeping his distance.
All he could think of was how pretty she was,He wanted her to be his and
    only his.

Many times did he aproach her and ask her hand in marriage.
He offered her money, jewels and anarray of other things that he thought
    she could not resist.
Every time she refused, the words she spoke were harsh but her soft tone
    smoothed them into sweetness.
Lucius became very angry, feeling rejected he had decided that it was
    enough.
If he could not have her nor could any other man.

A week had passed since his last attempt to sway her, he followed her as
allways, this time carrying a knife in his hand, hiding it behind his
back, he placed one hand on her shoulder gently turning her around to
    face him.
He then plunged the knife deep into her heart, whispering sweet nothings
to her as a look of terror crossed her face and she fell into his arms.

Returning to his home he placed her in the front seat of his car and drove
off, it began to rain outside, softly to start gradually becoming heavier.
The engine stopped and he hauled her to the side of a river, sitting down
beside her and holding her upright,he kissed her once tasting the blood on her lips before closing his eyes and falling
    into an eternal slumber.
As the wind blew harder and the rain became heavier Lucius could feel his
life slipping away from him, determined not to let go he grasped her arm in
one last feeble attempt before joining her in the unknown.

Her blood from the wound trickled down and into the river only to wash up
on a bank further down stream, creating a small rose, almost as red as her lips.

Money and beauty are what rules this land, for humans you see are weak, take for example the story
you have just recalled, of a man who wanted what his money could not buy, which lead to his unfortunate demise.
