• (Lee's point of view)

I took a drink of my milk, and then went into my family room. I couldn't believe what just happened! Milk CAN'T pour itself into a glass. It just doesn't work that way. It will NEVER work that way. I slapped myself across the face, to see if I was dreaming or not. No, this was real.

"Damn," I said, "I-I-I wonder what else can happpen.

The phone rang before I could try something else. I picked up the phone, without looking at the Caller ID.

    "Hello?"
"Lee? Lee? Lee, are you alright?" It was my mom.
"Yeah, mom. I'm just in the family room," I shrugged.
    "Is Cassie still there?"
"No, she had to go to work." I groaned at the thought. I could really use her now.
"Oh, honey. You really scared your father and I."
"Yeah, yeah. Hey, look, I'm getting another call from... grandma," I lied.
"Call back later," my mom cried.
    "Will do."

I hung up the phone, and ran into the bathroom. I held up my hand to the shower, like those super heros on TV will, and something will happen. Nothing did.

"Hmm..." I turned away from the shower, and then water came out.
    "HA!" I jumped.

The water was still running. I turned it off. What if I just turned away, and something would happen? I really didn't know. I turned on my heels, and was facing something.. differant. A girl. She was differant though. She was floating. I looked at her. She still stared, and lifting up her hands. Her hand went through my face, and I jumped back, shouting.

"Don't be afraid," she begged, "My name is Marrisa."
