• Story Script

    Plot:
    It’s been about five years after Ed and Al had left through the gate. Roy is now the Fuhrer, Riza is still his assistant, and Hughes still has his job as Lead investigator and Head of security. All the know homunculus are gone, There is still a couple left that were never really out. Now Ed and Al have found their way home and have come back and Are on their way home.

    Setting:
    Hughes is in his office working on some paperwork from a weeks worth of requests for security detail switches and tests for State alchemist, which Roy didn’t want to look at, the rest were misc. piece left there. Sheska was bringing in one of two new officers that were going to be working in Hughes’s office. General Shiko Mononoke who just arrived to central from the eastern command post. The other was Lt. Col. Nij Chumeru who is a fresh new officer from the top of his class, who is capable of military command and hand-to-hand combat.

    *Hughes sitting at his desk doing work. Mumbling over the work. Then he hears a knock at the door. And doesn’t look*

    Sheska: Yes can I help you
    Shiko: I’m here to report to Brig. Gen. Hughes
    Sheska: Oh yes you’re the first one to arrive
    Shiko: what do you mean?
    Sheska: there is another officer who is working here but hasn’t arrived yet.
    Shiko: alright (still slightly confused)
    Sheska: come this way please (leads Shiko to Hughes’s office) sir the new officer is here
    Hughes: let her in (not looking up from the paperwork)
    Sheska: you can go in (moves out of the way)
    Shiko: (walks up to Hughes’s desk and salutes) Sir General Shiko Mononoke reporting sir
    Hughes: (looks up) alright have a seat
    Shiko: (lowers salute and sits down)
    Hughes: (looks for her report) I know it’s here
    Sheska: (walks in and hands him the report) It was on my desk sir
    Hughes: thanks Sheska (turns and looks at Shiko) okay lets have a look
    Shiko: (sitting there)
    Hughes: impressive back ground made it through the ranks pretty fast. Was second in command of the eastern division. Well I’m glad you’re on my team now.
    Shiko: thank you sir. May I ask a question?
    Hughes: (leans back in his chair) okay what is it?
    Shiko: I’d like to know about the other officer who is going to be working in this office with us.
    Hughes: Ah yes Lt. Col. Chumeru. I don’t know much but he is suppose to be one good soldier. He is just out of officers training. And was at the top of his class. He is suppose to arrive today or tomorrow on the train. That is all I know.
    Shiko: alright thank you
    Hughes: anything else that you would like to know?
    Shiko: what will I be doing in this office?
    Hughes: some paperwork, some out in the field work or doing security details for Roy.
    Shiko: alright
    Hughes: (looks at the clock) well it is getting late I think you should go get some sleep and get comfortable whit your living accommodations. I need to get home to my family.
    Shiko: alright sir have a nice evening and I’ll see you tomorrow (gets up and starts to leave)
    Hughes: meet me at the train station tomorrow.
    Shiko: why sir?
    Hughes: I think Nij will be in then since he isn’t in now.
    Shiko: ah okay sir night
    Hughes: night
    *A couple Hours earlier on a train heading for central. Sitting in the passenger car dress as if he was a normal citizen. Behind him were what looked like brothers? In front of him were a mother and small child.*
    Nij: (sitting eating a sandwich he bought at the last train stop and looking over a report) okay so these are my orders (looks at the map lying next to him) I have two more stops, So I should arrive in central by tomorrow morning, great that means I’ll be late for my report date damn.
    Train conductor: (sits down across from Nij) you look like you’re from the military
    Nij: (looks up) yeah what is it
    Train Conductor: -stumbles- well…could…. You ….um… (Gun goes off)
    Nij: (jumps up to see where it has come from) what the...
    Robber 1: (points gun at Nij) not to fast their
    Nij: -thinking to self- Damn it how did I let my guard down
    Robber 1: okay no one do anything stupid and no one gets hurt
    Nij: (looks at the dead train conductor) hm (lays the train conductor down and covers him up)
    Man 1 behind nij: (turns to Nij) hey I think we could do this
    Nij: what are you talking about?
    Man 2: brother what happened the first time we did this
    Man 1: yeah but I think I’ll do it with this guy while you protect the passengers here
    Man 2: alright Ed
    Nij: so your name is Ed?
    Ed: yeah and this is my brother Al, So what’s yours?
    Ni: Lt. Col. Nij Chumeru state military investigations department
    Ed: oh nice
    Nij: alright lets get going
    *both Ed and Nij leaves to deal with the threat and resolve the issue. After about an hour Ed and Nij return and the train arrives the next station. Ed and Al get off and head off and the military picks up the robbers. Nij continues to central and sits in his chair and falls asleep for the rest of the ride to central.*
