- As I lay here in darkness, unable to move or breath, I know the doom is creeping up to me. Only my eyes can move and I see the shadow flow into my vision. My heart picks up and I try to wake my husband, but my throat closes and my hands are bound to my sides with the cursed invisible rope. The shadow glides over my husband and looks directly at the sleeping man with cold, dead eyes. I try to scream and cry but the evil force presses harder to my neck. A small orb of light rises into the shadow's hand from my husbands chest. As quietly as a rabbit in a field, he slips into the eternal sleep. I try to stuggle in an attempt to break the bonds holding me back... but I failed miserably. I felt the sobs rise into my throat, but they're unable to escape. The shadow turns it's massive head towards me. I could feel death creeping closer...closer...closer. The shadow was right above me, my eyes were wide with fear. It streched out his hand and I felt the eternal rest....

- I liked it, short but very descriptive. It really has this nice effect of telling us how you feel when you have the experience.
