I like the basis of the avatar very much. The face and body are really great, they look new and interesting! Especially the body-mods [the trousers & upper body ] and the hat + beard are great!
Sadly I think there's too much going on otherwise. Would take off the fox ears+tail, since they don't blend in. If you need them for your theme, I'd go for some with a more decent/fitting color.
