What it se is souls, and its useful since its a soul collecter. It traps the souls in its cape and its headpiece. The little bat is it ears, since its own are wings. The bat can trick soul to its owner. The fan is it weapon, and its sharp. If you steal its cape or headpiece you will get the power from the souls.
