Her name is Kayako. Echoing what these people said about not adding items. Just a white dress and the hair would've made her look more like Kayako. And black eyes would've worked better, I think. - Report As Spam

Don't add needless items.
Ask yourself next time, did she carry a bear around in the movie? did she have a dark halo floating on her head. If the answers are no then don't add them. Let the characters normal design speak for itself. - Report As Spam
