Proud and theatrical, Shelly is second in command of the notorious Team Aqua. She boasts a strong team consisting of Mightyena, two Crawdaunt, two Walrein, and Sharpedo.
I tried the best I could with this avatar, but I'm not all that happy with the pants and the shoes. Unfortunately, that's all I could find. Also, please note that the dog standing beside her represents her Mightyena. Please vote fairly.
