That's a light painting from photography class. We used a camera with a very slow velocity and a standart flashlight. Thats me screaming and the ghost feet behind the light monster are from a friend, who was drawing it.

Sounds like you need a new photography class if they're teaching you to call long exposure, "very slow velocity".
Personally I despise any kind of photography class and believe if someone really loves photography as a passion, which is why they should be doing it in the first place, they could learn settings on their own. - Report As Spam
