As far as the title goes... it's referring to the brochure he's holding, titled something along the lines of Beach Vacations- and thats what makes this picture special to me. The thought that this homeless man, whoever he is, whatever life he used to have, and everything that his skin has been through... is sitting in the middle of downtown Houston, possibly wishing he was on a beach vacation.

I really love this picture. Its not like the other photographs you see on here that are mediocre and don't really have any artistic value because they are just of the person themselves. This man has a story and his eyes tell it in the photo. That's what people need to realize in their work. That good artwork leaves you wondering,
