- Description: Taken just this morning after I watered my hyacinth and saw the pretty little droplets of water clinging to the flowers. Shot with my Sony A100 and tele/macro Tamron 70-300 :) Please feel free to rate and comment this and the other 100+ photos I have in my gallery.

- How did I get this? Well, after I watered my plants the droplets caught my eye and reminded me of an article I saw a few months ago about water droplet photography in popular photography magazine. I figured I'd give it a try wink I put my macro lens on my camera and focused on just a tiny little area of the flower and drops and then I cropped in a bit tighter still in photoshop because all I really wanted was focus on the droplets.

We'll see how good my green thumb is next year if I can get them to come up and look this good on my own - they were already coming up when I bought them. I use superthrive on all my plants once a week though - there's my secret!
By the way, I just got a new pink Jasmine vine so I'll have pretty pics of that up soon too! - Report As Spam

- VERY well-done...love the bright purple. *tsk* I've never managed to get my babies to grow right, they always look so unhappy... any tips? I think it may be the heat down here...
