Well This is same picture i submited a while ago but this one i traced and painted using illustrator and photoshop, it took me about 8 hours... the pencil drawing took me about an hour.

yeah thats another error i saw the highlights were to dark

Now, now. You don't have to be an artist to be an art critic.
Your anatomy seems a little stiff, and the highlights in the hair don't stand out enough (but in the pencil drawing, I can see them fine.)
