- It's okay. You need work on basic perspective, such as the foot facing the 'camera' as well as detailed work, such as the socks, glove cuffs, and hands. Your basic hand structure's okay, but where his fingers are, looks a little painful, so when drawing hands, try to look at your own for reference. Also remember that he has knuckles on his hands, so his fingers can't just bend like that. As it seems, he doesn't have any shoulders. Try to make them visible. I would write more if I could.
