hmm...well I think the lineart is well-done, ( In fact, it look's exactly like the character! )
I think you should've used a better shading tool..as it look's a bit rushed.

- While the drawing is well done (especially the ruffles on her skrit) I think you managed to reduce the overall picture with the streaky shading. Markers are a fickle tool.

- i like i just think u could hav put more detail in the hair but it looks great i could never draw chii even if i wanted too lol so u hav a great talent X3 keep drawing and ill keep praising lol XD
