Alrighty! Here we go!
What I love about this piece is the face and the head. The shading and the hair are amazing, but it was the eyes that caught me on this piece. Also, lovely drawn gears. I love drawing those as well. : D
Anatomy-wise, I suggest continuing to practice drawing hands and arms. The right looks a little awkward, and angle for the left arm is a bit odd.
