- This so good. I have a tip. When you draw hands inspect your own from time to time or find out what is distinguishible about the hands. Like how long each finger is and nails, Maybe a bit of wrinkles at the joints. It all depends how you look at it. I think the lower body is a bit too thin. But the top is good.

The upper part of the body is fantastical
but the skirt and legs are a little off. You basically didn't give her a butt. (not the best way to explain it but... yeah...) You might want to use some manga books as refrence, that's what i do sometimes, so you can see the body structure and play around with it.
