- anatomy issues aside (that's something i struggle with as well) i actually think this is good - nice detail smile

- Yea, I've actually been thinking about that. This one is from a few years ago, and I've improved a bit since, but I've gotten as far as human observation can get me I think. (and the bump I think you're talking about is just where his hair falls oddly, and in retrospect I'd do it differently)

you should invest in an anatomy book.
you seem to have a good grasp of proprtion with the exeption of his eye. that and the bump on his face looks a bit odd to.
