uhh....It doesn't suck at all. It's reallt cool in my opinion. I like the way it looks and everything. If you meant to make it look almost like your ref then your picture is way too light and needs more shading.

- It doesnt suck, i reackon it's alright. but it's kinda hard to see, it's too light. Colouring it might be a good idea, or maybe shading. I dont know, im not an expert. But i still reckon it's good
