- Description: This is something I advise doing when feeling uber depressed. Draw a picture of yourself and write the words of you hatred around it. It really helped my exert a lot of my hatred in a non harmful way... and I thought it looked pretty cool =P... it got scanned kinda sideways ish =/

- i did something like this one time also. i was mad at my mom so i drew a picture of a girl surrounded by eyes and words like 'kira', 'death', etc. it definately conveys your emotions at the time. nice picture!
