I love the detail work you did here, especially concerning the braid/dreads and how you made them look like what they are, without going crazy-detailed like some people do. It gives the impression without drawing undue attention to them. :3
Otherwise, I really do like this. Definitely not an exact replica of the photo, but you got the feeling across, and you adjusted things properly to the way you drew it.
