Drawn back in december. This is Sailor Pluto from Sailor Moon, she is my second favorite character.
I drew this on paper first, took a pic, uploaded it and started coloring it on adobe photoshop elements 2.0. Line art done by hand because I don't have a pen tool on my photoshop and everything was colors by me using a tablet. I spent 5 hours working on this; my first time drawing Sailor Pluto.

- Yesh. Her arm came out WAY too skinny. XD And I'm horrible at drawing people from the side. I'll probably never draw something like this again. Shading came out horrible too, I was attempting cell shading without the pen tool. XD
