This is Starra, the OC of lildevilchick. I decided to randomly draw her for lil's birthday request as a surprise; she looked like a fun character to draw. Just so you don't go berserk, the darker streaks on her arms and shoulders are scar marks. ...I'm not the best with scars... I guess that's one more thing for my artistic to-do-list...which has never been put in writing yet. XD
