- chaos_goth_666: no, that's definitely done by hand. You can see the edges of the paper, so its a photograph of the original document. Next time you question someone's legitimacy, I suggest you REALLY look at the piece.

- you didnt do that.. and not that it too good.. just those dots are in a medium that isnt ink, pencil, or sharpie. so it has to be computer generated
