- only problem I see is the that the shoulders are off proportion since the neck isn't centered

But I need to explain something :
I drew this the old fashioned way, pencil and paper, then rubbed out the paper colour and added highlights on paint. I was scared to touch the hair because I thought I'd ruin it, and the top's the same colour.
with the nose, I'm bad at them, so I'll try to improve my nose drawing :3
And the shoulder, thanks for pointing it out, I'll try and correct it soon (:
