I always didn't like they way Disney drew him, he looked more goofy then mad.
Many people say it looks like Nightmare Before Christmas. I don't see myself as copying Tim Burton's style. I see it more like he is one of many major influences on my work.
Please leave positive feedback and criticism; don't just say "it sucks" ..state why you think it sucks..I feed off others input so I can better myself.
BTW I drew it by hand, scanned it then painted it in Corel Painter X. - Date: 12/03/2008

People give you crap for your work somewhat mirroring Tim Burton's? I think it's awesome that it does. And, as Picasso said: good artists copy, great artists steal. So I don't know what their problem is.

- wow, this is the best thing i seen since my toe was skinned against the hinge when i fell. omg i cant draw like you, i draw really comicy bubbly people, ill post one in here soon. but i love this. i love this. but maybe disney didnt wanna give off an "agressive" point to young viewers to not ignite any ideas. idk disney blocked out the part in the haunted mansion movie when the dude hanged himself, that was like the best part. but i love it.

- This is amazing... Like.... Amazing. It is the best piece of art work I have seen in a long time. I have looked at this piece again and again trying to find something that I could criticize you on so you could grow but I cant find it. It is an amazing piece of art and you should be very proud of yourself. You have an amazing talent. I think your art does have some similarities to Tim Burton but that is because you are going to out do him ^^ 5/5 if if could give you more I would.

- If you ask me the blue behind the sign works, as the blue underneath the sign depicts tree shadows in the background and this is why it's a darker blue...Very good...Full marks 5/5.
