- Title: Dragon with Skull
- Artist: NightMagic6
- Description: I needed a recreation of a Dark Mark from Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling and a dragon seemed like the best next thing. Done originally in pencil and on two pieces of 8.5x11 inch printer paper taped together, I inked using my light box into a 11x16 inch paper and took a picture to get it onto the computer. Let me know what you think, what needs work, if I should color it and if so, what medium?

@Frank_Jaeger00 I know it needs color XD A tattoo design to go on the forearm can't have a lot of detail because it would overcrowd the image.
@techpriest35 I agree with the wings especially. Right now they're just the fingers and the membrane outline, no veins or cracks. When I color it, I'm also going to add proper shading over the whole image, meaning it will make everything look less cartoonish. I dont have illustrator, so I use PhotoShop Elements, though I also have Corel. - Report As Spam

- @YourLovelyBear: Thank you ^.^ Because there's no shading except in the eyes where it's practically blacked out, I understand what you mean. For the finished, shaded, colored piece, there would be more of a sense of 3D-ness to make it feel less 2D. Thank you!

This is really good. : D
As a tattoo design, it's very nice. : 3
I would change the position of the fingers though, maybe. It looks like it's grasping onto a piece of paper instead of a skull.
It would be really cool if you colored it. (: - Report As Spam

- @HarmoniousKunoichi The only problem is that I'm not the greatest painter >.< I'm passable at water-color, but other then that, I'm not the best XD I can try though! Thank you for the idea!

- I think as a medium, you should use acrylic paints with a small brush. All in all it looks great.
