An older commission of mine.
I was asked to draw a phoenix, odd part is that after looking at a lot of drawings of phoenix I discovered that they all look like red peacocks. The whole picture was digitally painted in Open canvas 1.0 and it's one of the few times I have ever drawn a bird. It's a really nice program and it's allowed me to make lots of really vibrant pictures, I really need to work with it some more. >.>

Art theives don't ask you to visit their websites and then easily link to them. The name "tavis harts" is a pseudonym. It would be stupid for someone to name their avatar after their real name.
