Her arms are too short. If you stand up and put your arms to your sides you can see that they go about down to your knees. You need to use more anatomy in the hips, also you made her neck pretty thick.
Other than that the anatomy and the drawing is very great <3

- Very good, but a the way you drew the right sleeve looks a litle off of what the rest of the dress is doing in the wind. The anatomy of the picture is great except I can't see any sign of her left and right arms. It doesn't really look like she's holding her hands behind her back because of the way the sleeves are drawn. you could specify an arm hiding behind the skirt even if it's just a tiny tick mark, every little detail counts
