its good but you need to thicken him out and give his arms and legs some muscle tone and dont worry about hands i use to have your same problem also the sclothes need to have mor detail like some more wrinkles and shadeing

He's a liiiiittle skinny
but don't worry; drawing a profile of the whole body is very tricky, even for me (my people are either too fat or too skinny Dx )
