The title pretty much states it all, but this is the ever so adorable Chii from Chobits. The only modification to this picture is the darkness of it. Some things didn't show up because of the scanner, so some of the lines on her hair are missing. There are no other modifications, and I did not trace.

- yeah, actually I had a lot of trouble with th am, so i kinda just drew a line, and left it there....oh, and as for her chest, that was an accident, but it was already too late....
