Make sure you practice often to perfect your skills. Her head appears a bit large. I don't know if this was intentionally done, but you should work at proportions if it wasn't. - Report As Spam

Oh...wow. This is quite good my friend. I must say I am marginally impressed.
The face is very good, very good. It could use some improvements when it comes to proportions, but hey you said "This is an old drawing I recently discovered on my computer" so I say "If this is an old drawing, I would really like to see some new drawing" and "if it wasn't you who did the underdrawing find the person who did and have them draw another"
