[Avari Fusion] (C) vs Tiger Hat

The following match is scheduled for one fall and it is for the WWFG World Heavyweight Championship!

 

[Extremist-Saint-Joey]

The arena lights dimmed, the arena becoming pitch black. It was time. The main event had arrived.

The murmers of the crowd was all that could be heard for what seemed like an eternity as anticipation built amongst them. Before the lights returned, a deep voice began to boom over them.

It is the immutable law of nature
That amongst the entirety of the kingdom
Only one animal can stand atop the mountain.

A video began to play on the titantron of a tiger, in a great savanna, crouching, and ready to pounce.

It is a brutal rise
Gained from the blood of their prey

The video cuts to the tiger, claws sunk deep in an antelope - a successful hunt. The video quickly cuts between shots of tigers mauling other animals, before fading to black.

Run from it,
Hide from it,
But when the tiger has you in his eye...
Take your last breath.

When the voiceover was finished, there was a familiar screeching shout, “Boy Be A Tiger” began to play, and the audience arose in a cacophony of boos. The challenger was making his way to the ring first.

What made its way through the curtain was not the man himself, however. There was a slight jostling of the curtain, and on to the main stage came several men dressed in white. It looked as though they were struggling with something, as they awkwardly came out, back facing the crowd. After several moments, it became apparent what was happening - they were pulling something out onto the stage.

Tigers. Two Tigers.

Clearly unhappy, but still calm, they waltzed out onto the stage, being led by their handlers. They were positioned on both sides of the stage, one right and one left. One let out a disgruntled roar as some meat was thrown in its direction.

However... the show was not over. WWF:G was about to become a verified circus, as the floor between the two tigers opened up. Smoke poured out from below, hiding what was to be revealed.

The first thing that people saw rise from the smoke was a familiar orange-striped figure... the challenger himself, Tiger Hat. Over his shoulder was what appeared to be the remains of a lion - the face and mane being apparent, but it was torn to create a cloak which covered his mantle. However, as he rose from the smoke, he kept rising... and rising...

... and eventually, the thick grey skin of an elephant began to show. Tiger was riding atop the largest beast he could find, asserting his dominance over the essence of nature itself. The large African elephant loomed over the ring, even from afar, leaving bystanders in awe.

The massive beast took a few steps forward, giving Tiger Hat a personal ride to the ring. He saw the crowd for what they were atop his mighty ride - the small insects that were below him, to be crushed at any moment.

After a couple of steps - still before the ramp truly began - the elephant stopped. Tiger stood, raising his arm in the air. He was trying to hide his excitement, that he was finally living his dream. He turned to step down from the elephant's right side, an aid on standby to assist him.

Tora-san slowly made his way down to the ring, a look if dedicated focus set on his face and eyes. He increased his pace to a quick jog, reaching the ring and rolling underneath the bottom rope, pouncing to stand in the centre of the ring, raising his muscular arm once again. He then retreated to the corner, dancing there with a low spin. He jumped up to the middle rope, raising his arm again. The crowd still booed, louder than ever before, but Tiger was not taken aback. He was used to it by now. He had bigger things to focus on.

He jumped down from the turnbuckle, ready for his opponent. Ready for a fight.

The elephants had been turned around and let out of the arena, with many fans still in some shock and awe at what they had just witnessed.

A minute or two later, a set of instruments to the side of the stage became obvious as to why they were there, as a band walked out and picked them up.

On the titantron, a silhouette of a man raising a Championship belt moved upwards, before leaving view. It was then followed by the silhouette of a figure putting his arms out in an eagle motion.

The crowd shot into a massive cheer as the band began to play a song, and a name came across the screens.

The entire stage and stadium was then covered in a spray of gold and silver, as fireworks shot off around and everywhere.

The band continued to play behind all of this, as the pyros went off for a solid 30 seconds before slowly dying off, to a cheer from the crowd.

Many of the crowd pointed upwards at the WrestleMania logo on top of the stage, as a helicopter came flying into the arena, it's propellers making a buzz across the crowd. A man in white and blue attire stood at the open side of the helicopter, looking over everyone in attendance.

Then, as soon as everyone had noticed, he dived off!

The crowd gasped as he flipped over and over, getting closer and closer to the stage until..

The harness caught him and slowed him down, as he slowly landed in a superhero pose on the stage, looking down. In a quick movement he released himself and shot to his feet, raising his arms out to the side to a massive pop from the crowd!





The helicopter flew off as the band continued to rock out on stage, pumping pure electricity into the crowd and the Champion.


Burn, and let your soul be free
As the flames rise high and your spirit leaves

Nightmares have become too real
Now the world is screaming and it's hard to hear

Avari looks over at his opponent for the evening, for the Main Event of WrestleMania.

This was their moment, their chance to prove why these two men are the future of this company.

He slowly unclipped his World Heavyweight Championship and handed it to the official, who checked it over and then raised it in the air, showing it to each side of the crowd.

The music slowly died down and the action was nearly ready..

The bell rang, signaling the start of the match, as the crowd roared on!

 

[Extremist-Saint-Joey]

As the bell rang, Tiger did not wait around. He knew that, above all else, he needed to strike hard and fast. Before the third knell of the brass, he had began to charge at Avari, aiming a flying Tiger Knee right to his head!  

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

Avari was almost caught completely off-guard by the Flying Tiger Knee!

Just in time, he rolled to the side and out of danger. The crowd gave off a massive cheer as the match was beginning with an explosion.

Fusion turned to face Tiger Hat, with a questioning face.. he wasn't sure what to expect now.

Eyeing his opponent, he tried to stay cold and calculating.

 

[Extremist-Saint-Joey]

Tiger landed in a hard stance - almost expecting Avari to dodge. He knew his opponent was good, but he was still impressed by his reflexes.

He stared him in the eye as he raised his hand, motioning with his fingers how close he was to impact. His words were barely eligible over the sound of the audience booing his display.

"This close. I'll knee all you Apex ******** before I'm done. Keep rolling, you son of a b***h."  

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

Avari gave a sly smirk as he replied,

"Apex.. no Apex.. It doesn't matter.

What matters is who walks out with that Championship belt tonight."


Stepping forward towards Tiger, Avari offered a traditional lock up.

 

[Extremist-Saint-Joey]

Tiger smirked back, almost a sarcastic mirror of his opponent. He craved that gold as much as Avari coveted it. Marching forward, he faked moving in for the lock-up, slowly, before suddenly standing back upright, aiming a sharp slap to Avari's left cheek.  

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

Avari was ready as Tiger stepped forward to him an-

Slap!

That slap was heard around the entire arena, as Avari turned his face, which was beginning to form bright red behind his palm.

The crowd let out an audible 'Ooooh!'

 

[Extremist-Saint-Joey]

Tiger stood his ground after his slap hit its mark, the reverberation of the flat strike echoing. He continued to stare down Avari, almost unmoving. His lip twitched as he stifled his taunts. He was goading him, remaining ready should he press the right button for his opponent to make a mistake and flip.  

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

Avari wanted to turn and rush Tiger, to show him what he could do.

But.. he turned the other cheek, and grimaced, offering a handshake to his opponent.  

[Extremist-Saint-Joey]

Tiger was baffled as Avari offered a handshake. Was he not paying attention? After everything Tiger had done to Apex, and the disrespect he had offered him mere moments ago, this was the last thing he was expecting. He almost admired the cognitive dissonance that his opponent was showing here, but he was in too deep; there was no way he was going to accept it.

He stood there, shaking his head in disbelief, for long enough to make it apparent that this was not going to happen.  

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

Hand outstretched, and it was definitely obvious that Tiger wasn't going to accept the handshake.

Avari looked at Tiger, then down at his hand, almost willing Tiger to reach up an-

The WHC reached out and slapped Tiger Hat across the face!

 

[Extremist-Saint-Joey]

Tiger got caught by the slap, staggering a single step to the side. He rubbed his tongue along his inner cheek, almost tasting the pain.

"Oooh"

The crowd reacted equally, but with a far more enthusiastic tone, slowing turning into cheers after the initial yelp of shock.

Standing for a moment, Tiger began to anger. Fed up of the foreplay, he would move in for the main event, swinging his fist around and aiming a punch at Avari's head.
